Kabale Municipal Stadium filled with celebrations and optimism as Enid Origimisiriza joined other dignitaries for the swearing-in ceremony of newly elected Kabale Municipality Mayor Byamugisha Sentaro and municipal councilors.
The ceremony marked the beginning of a new leadership chapter for Kabale Municipality, with leaders pledging commitment to service delivery, unity, and development. Hon.
